I am interested in this scheme but have noticed that Snowsport Scotland have cancelled all of their courses for January, February and March.

Whilst the qualifications exist on paper, has anyone actually done them?

No I am not Donald Musk of BASI. I don't know him but he has replied to a few posts of mine on the BASI facebook page.

I am on the BASI pathway right now. The reason being is that SSS is not offering any courses so it is impossible to become an instructor through them.

Their approach appears to be to wait until people approach them to run a course instead of pro-actively promoting courses. Hence the fact that no courses are running.

I would prefer to go through the SSS scheme but it's impossible to become an instructor with them currently.

yes, my daughter Morgan did last year.
