Ochils Snow 2018
Date Posted: 17.41hrs on Sun 7 Jan 18
Started the year with a tour in my back yard instead of a trip up to the coe given it's been good and snowy in the Ochils.

For interest this is starting from the 'Runamuck camp' copse of trees on Sherrifmuir Road just north of that closed down pub, skinning from about halfway up Glentyre hill to Mickle Corum. Could have gone on but running out of light and my legs are not what they used to be!

Beastie, could you skin from the road? The cover high up looks decent on the Ochils.

Hi firefly,

No had to humph skis on my back about halfway up Glentyre hill before the snow:grass ratio let me get skiing!
