Re: Knee Braces.

First question is:
Are your leg / butt muscles strong to support your knees?
I have a problem knee, mainly when running, strength exercises really help.
Have used a simple knee tube, works well in adding an extra layer to get the warmth & blood flowing, though it can also restrict blood flow, so I used to remove it after warming up.
While I'm not the fittest person on the planet I think my legs are strong enough. I regularly, well fairly regularly, cycle 30km and hillwalking isn't a problem either.
It is just when I ski I feel I have problems.
Those Ski-Mojos are heart stoppingly expensive! The budget will stretch to a pair of them (even with my promised discount on next years ski pass

).
I will probably just have to bite the bullet and exercise more in preparation for next season.
