Great pics ! It's a shame you didn't cross Haute-Savoie, you missed the best of the Alps ! ; - )

Cracking shots and looked like a great trip. The landscape scarring, in respect of pistes and chairlifts is not something I'd considered much in summer and appears worse than I'd imagine. Is this the case or were you just highlighting the skiing areas you passed through?

An area I would love to visit in summer, after being there so many times in the winter.

Lionel I agree Haute-Savoie is possibly even more pictureseque, if that's possible....need some summer shots though

Thanks - it was a great trip

Yes i did show more of the ski centre shots on here. Many places we went and colls and mountains didnt have ski infrastructure. I was suprised by how bare the pistes are in summer, in some resorts you could tell they had actually put grass seed down.

I have down replaced a worn wheel bearing and CV joint, that became worn during the trip. and replaced transmission fluid with fresh as autobox overheated a few times, and sourced a kenlow transmission cooler, and senders and gauges to get direct temperature information for coolant and transmission fluid.
