Quintessentially Scottish in Muriel Gray comic style and while sadly no action in Scotland, the series won an award in 1993 and is worth a watch I think.

Unlike the Munro Show this series seems to have sunk without trace, does anyone else have some episodes squirreled away on old VHS tapes? Must be in the BBC Scotland archives somewhere?

cool! watching the munro show (and reading "the first 50") when i was ~13-ish is probably half the reason i got into outdoor stuff. i even grew a beard, albeit not one with a built in survival bag
