Date Posted: 21.59hrs on Tue 10 Jan 17

Looking for some advice. What are the chances of there being snow on the A9 between Perth and Inverness tomorrow(Wednesday,11/1/17)?

Travelling up for work but not if its white on the roads

Cheers for any thoughts

Given the forecast, it's very likely that there will be snow on higher points of the road at points through the day, particularly given how windy it currently is in the valley. Nothing yet though and I doubt it would be bad enough to prevent getting to Inverness.

Why not check it out for yourself before you make your journey. Traffic Scotland have live cameras dotted all along the A9 and most if not all the other major routes across Scotland.

For example here is the camera for Drumochter looking North.
