Permanent park setup

Might not be an interesting topic to most people on here but I was wondering if there is a reason only the Lecht has a permanent snowpark. Seems fairly easy just to chuck a few rails and boxes into the ground and leave them. I always choose to go to the Lecht for this reason as the other resorts dont bother with a park til much later in the season. Why is this?
