Only a light dusting of snow apart from the snow factory made sledging slope at the Plateau Cafe, however the first hints of the incoming Storm Gerrit appearing above Meall a'Bhuiridh at dusk tonight so keep checking the webcams over the coming days!

^First signs of incoming weather above the sledge park at dusk.

Sledge park now full width and a fine day at Glencoe for sledging / sightseeing. More snow still required, but things starting to fill in on the mountain.

If you've bought online tickets for the first time this season, collection has moved from the ticket office to in front of the Cafe - see photo.

You only need to do this once, as in future you can add tickets directly to the card through the account you created for the first purchase. Please note that student and senior tickets must be collected from the ticket office, as proof of ID is required.

All Plateau Runs are skiable giving a range of options for green to easy blue level skiers and snowboarders from snowplough turners up. With lighter winds forecast it is anticipated the Rannoch Chairlift will be operating and Rankins Return should be fantastic for those progressing beyond the nursery slopes.

It is now back to ski off the Access Chair and on to the Plateau Poma and/or Rannoch Chairlift:

Snow falling to the base this evening with a fairly settled forecast for the Glencoe Gathering weekend.

Terrain Park with coaching sessions and Rail Jams at the Plateau Cafe, with the terrain park and sledge park having live DJs and icebar Sat/Sun from Noon to 4pm.

Plateau Poma and Coire Pollach Tows reopened for snowsports on Friday. They will run on Saturday, machines are working tonight to try and open more terrain, but whether more uptracks can be built and things linked together overnight successfully will not be known until into the small hours, so check AM updates.

Bit of an unknown for Friday morning at the Coe as forecast models have nothing more than a flurry thorugh to 10-12cm of snow still to come from showers! There are still clusters of snow showers moving in the vaguely correct direction, but some big ones have missed to the South in the last couple of hours. However it was snowing when the last cams swicthed off for the night:

The old snow is very hard, there is windblown fresh drifting in, but just what can go mid and lower mountain will have to be assessed AM. At dusk Old Mugs Alley was skaible to the Plateau Cafe, so there should be a viable link to allow the Poma to run, whether any of the green runs are fully lappable will depend on what happens overnight and also the extent to which the ground surface refreezes allowing the Kassbohrers to do more work.
