Does anyone here have it, cope with it?

I'm having tests for it as it shows signs in my shoulders due to the weakness/pain I have.
Its getting worse too.

I just take Codeine for the pain.

Any help greatly received.

Any other meds? Some blood pressure meds give similar symptoms?

Antidepressants, acid surpressants and anti diaroheals.
Just had a second cortisone injection in it.

Your problem may be ergonomic rather than medico/physiological.

I don't work now through the depression. I had a chat with Dr today while being injected with cortisone.

Since 87, I was a TV engineer so the esccort van was a good carrier of tvs and small fridges. I did this until 99. He says the same as me that over stretching to load tvs in the back etc have aggrovated it. Then 2000 I took a bad tumble up on the fiacail ridge where I over rotated and ended up on voltarol and copraxamols for 2 weeks. The pain went away but returned permanent 2011. I've had physio in the left shoulder which made it more sorer. Now the right shoulder has movement problems and a lot of pain. Kinda put up with it and take the pain killers. I have 60mg of codeine 4 times a day now and paracetamol.

As a wee update, my bloods came back clear.
I'm to have however an mri scan on my spine. Crunchy shoulders are indeed worn, and hes thinking the upper spine is the same. So have a drug called gabapentin to try.

Your new drug is more of a pain killer.

I was given it in hospital, post stroke ,to combat muscle spasms and cramps in my - affected - left leg.

Don't take it anymore. No spasms cramps etc + I am getting more exercise.
