The TWO slow thread is getting a bit lengthy, so here's a new thread for TWO peeps to meet up and check out whats happening when needed. Remember you don't need a pub, bothy parties are unbeatable, just grap a chair and pull in by the roaring log fire... grinning smiley

Welcome to any new comers, you don't need to register to post, but if you register you can edit your posts. Click the 'Forum Threads' link to get the rest of the threads, including the model/weather threads.

Have fun ramping..... smiling smiley

Hiya

I don;t know how many hits you're getting on your site since running this alt.TWO thread but I'm being asked to email updates all over the country - my tiny amount of knowledge is in great demand (deeply embarrassing lol - if they only knew!). If this goes on for a week I think you're going to be headlining in the press as the UK's central weather source other than the MetO.....

Difficult to get onto TWO but situation changing almst by the minute depending on demand.

And thanks, mine's a whiskey but a decent one please and not that tourist crap.

I once went to a whiskey tasting. By the end, I couldn't even pronouce "whiskey" let alone different brands. "Oneothosehic" was the best I could do.

Just melt some snow in a glass for me, thanks - I need it.

I feel incapable of snow ramping much anymore as I have been doing so since June, and my equipment has been sitting waiting for further use since then also! Madness? Maybe... Winter sports fan? Definetly.

Anyway, I'll have ice with that.

Looks as if TWO is getting deluged by the lunchtime rush, getting slower. Also lots of time out's on the Met Office site!! Have we really reached the stage that the chance of a few snow flurries causes this reaction?? winking smiley

I've just realized how terribly dodgy the above three posts sound!! This was snowsports action.......

It's currently +1.6°c in Inverness with thickening cloud, looks as if a snow shower is not far away.

For information to get °c use [ c ] without the spaces!

Hiya

Thought I'd jump ship from TWO before it went down, which it looks as if it will. Yup, probs with MetO as well.
