1. What's happened to Winter highland General Situation update? Nothing for last two days....

2. Given the lack of info., any word on Sunday's weather? (Saturday looks a write off on the BBC weather...)

great day yesterday - nice fresh tracks in main basin in the morning made the early start worth it.

Hi,
White Corries is living up to its name. The snow cover is getting better as the season goes on. Everything Andy Meldrum and his colleagues are doing for the ski centre - events, investment in facilities etc. should pay off long term.
This is reflected in the positive attitude from all the staff; lift operators, mechanics, ticketing, cafe and ski patrol. Never mind the terrain and views on offer, it must make it the happiest, friendliest and funkiest ski centre in the UK.
I have had a very enjoyable season at the ski centre. The only regret? Not buying a season pass. Next year, then?
Many thanks to all.

All next week from Sunday is looking settled with light winds.
Could be great but it depends how much cloud is circulating round
the high, temps should be cool enough to keep the snow decent.
Nice end to the season for those with enough snow and the willingness
to make the most of it!

Great pics and nice edit Stevie!

The snow yesterday at Glencoe was awful, snow biscuits everywhere on piste and off it was just ice. Bit of a shame as it had promised so much, but that's the weather for you.
Hats off to the team at Glencoe though, pisting the Spring run and later on building an actual link from the top of the T-Bar to access it (as seen in the photies above) was commendable.
Massive amounts of snow - should hopefully see the season continuing towards May! grinning smiley

Had a pretty decent day today

FLypaper was nice early on but got pretty slushy later on

Want to say thanks to the guys that made sure I was ok after a full blown tomahawk at the bottom of the flypaper.

Cheers guys

Don't think I could go as far as awful. Happy Valley was but the rest of the mountain was good as long as you knew where to avoid. It was pretty obvious that the slick bits of shiny ice should be avoided!!
